Tinh Van Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Stock Company is looking for software programmers, specifically:

Workplace: Ho Chi Minh City

Department: System Modification - Technology Division.

Position: Software Programmer – Quantity: 3

Employment Type: Full-time.

Probation Period: 2 months.

Job Description:

• Analyze and design system functions based on specifications provided by the business side.
• Program modifications and develop new features.
• Install databases, backup/restore data.
• Design and program reports as described by the business side.
• Coordinate with the Test team to fix program errors.
• Deploy at client sites.
• Contribute suggestions for technical and technological improvements for the department and company.

Report directly to the Board of Directors and department head. Other tasks as required and assigned by the Board of Directors.

Salary: Negotiable.

Education/Degree: Graduated from University/College majoring in Information Technology.

Skills:

• Proficient in: VB.NET or C# programming languages, MSSQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience in Winform design and programming.
• At least 1 year of programming experience at software companies.
• Good logical reasoning ability.
• Good communication, consulting, and client persuasion skills.
• Planning and team management skills.

Ability to read and understand specialized English documents.

• Creative thinking, proactive attitude, and high sense of responsibility at work.
• Desire to pursue long-term work/career.
• Honest, comply with company regulations and the law.

Preferences

• Experience in human resource management software solutions is an advantage.
• Proficient in Oracle.
• Previous experience working with human resource management software.
