The Software Solutions and System Integration Center – Tinhvan Solutions (TVS) urgently needs to recruit a Web Designer:
Job Description and Requirements:
Ability to design websites using Photoshop and Flash; preference given to candidates with experience designing websites for government and ministries.
Ability to slice and convert designs into HTML, CSS, and Javascript; must demonstrate at least one completed design and slicing project – preference for ministry-related interfaces.
Requires understanding of design philosophy or design methodology.
Creative – enthusiastic – hardworking – with a good sense of aesthetics.
