Job Description:
– Responsible for project management, resource management, and product quality management for IT projects being implemented;
– Research, select, and work with suppliers to determine a reasonable project plan and ensure
costs are within the allowed budget as well as ensure available resources;
– Ensure that the project deliverables meet quality standards from stakeholders and users;
– Monitor the project implementation process to ensure quality and minimize risks;
– Correctly understand and ensure the project implementation process and schedule when deployed at the client site;
– Participate in improving the processes and quality of the company's projects.

– Salary: 15-22 million VND

Requirements
– Graduated from university with a major in Information Technology/Mathematics and Computer Science (full-time) or related fields.
– At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology and at least 3 years in a management position. Priority given to candidates with experience managing HR software projects;
– Proficient in programming languages: Microsoft, .Net, MS SQL, Oracle, UML
– Proficient in design tools: Visio, Rational Rose
– Good logical thinking, ability to set up and implement projects;
– Good independent and teamwork skills;
– Good presentation and problem-solving skills;
– Creative and flexible in work;
– Good English reading comprehension and communication skills;
– Age from 28 to 35.
