Job Description:
- Responsible for building, controlling, and managing the development and consulting implementation process of products.
- Ensure work is carried out according to the process as well as the progress and quality of work in each assigned project.
- Guide the implementation process for project members.
- Observe and record feedback from project members about the process, write reports, and propose changes and improvements to the process.
- Check work plans and results before approval.
- Verify the correctness of customer requirement specifications through minutes of survey sessions.
- Check all documents and products before sending to customers.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the configuration of the entire project.
- Write weekly project quality reports and send them to the Project Manager and Product Management Department Head.
Salary: Negotiable
Education/Degree: Graduated from University or College majoring in IT or Human Resource Management.
Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to advise and persuade customers.
- Good logical reasoning and communication skills.
- Control and handle arising issues.
- Dynamic, independent, and teamwork-oriented.
- Able to work under high pressure and willing to travel for projects.

Preferences
- Experience in human resource management is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience as a software tester.
- Understanding of a typical programming language.
- Proficient in database query commands.
- Experience with CMM, CMMi, ISO, etc.
