Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company is looking for a Chief Accountant in Hanoi. Details are as follows:

POSITION: Chief Accountant

LEVEL: Management

FIELD: Accounting

WORK LOCATION: Hanoi City

JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Advise the General Director on building and perfecting the financial and accounting management system in accordance

with legal regulations and the company's characteristics;

– Participate in developing and implementing the company's financial plans;

– Manage and monitor the company's costs and assets;

– Organize accounting operations;

– Manage and direct the work of department staff;

– Other tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional:

– Bachelor's degree in finance, majoring in corporate finance/accounting or equivalent;

– Possess a Chief Accountant certificate;

– At least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a similar position;

– Preference given to candidates with experience in companies within the same industry;

– Thorough understanding of tax laws, financial and accounting principles and standards,

and accounting operations;

– Knowledge of corporate finance.

Other skills:

– Planning, organizing, and monitoring implementation;

– Good management and leadership skills;

– Ability to work independently;

– Ability to analyze, synthesize reports, and solve problems;

– Handle conflicts and disagreements;

– Honest, careful, and meticulous.
