Official Announcement and Signing of OKR 2015 Commitments

On the morning of January 30, all members of the Board of Directors (BOD), the Planning Board of Tinh Van Group, the Leadership Board, and key personnel from all member units of Tinh Van Group gathered at the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park to attend the ceremony announcing and signing the OKR 2015 commitments.

After an opening video introducing 10 notable events of Tinh Van Group in 2014, Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of Tinh Van Group, Hoang To, summarized the company's activities over the past year, including both achievements and shortcomings. He also reiterated the key points of the new management method OKR – Objectives and Key Results, and emphasized the 2015 action slogans of each unit within Tinh Van.

Following that, leaders of member units presented their OKR 2015 plans and outlined directions aligned with the action slogans. The determination to create new strides with changes in mechanisms and policies was clearly expressed in their speeches.

Since OKR was first applied in 2015, this was the first official OKR announcement ceremony of Tinh Van Group. Chairman Hoang To emphasized the role of such strategic meetings and stated that they should be maintained to give all units a comprehensive view of the Tinh Van ecosystem, enabling them to leverage opportunities and chart the most appropriate directions.
