On October 10, 2016, TVHCM turned 15 years old. To celebrate this important milestone, Tinh Van organized a 15th Anniversary Ceremony at Dong Ho Eden Restaurant – 16A Le Hong Phong (extended), Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. The ceremony was attended by members of the Tinhvan Group Board of Directors, partners, loyal customers, and all members of TVHCM, TVOHCM, and TVCHCM.

At the ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Tinhvan Group Hoang To expressed gratitude to customers who have closely cooperated with TVHCM over the years. He stated: “Tinhvan Group is implementing the Go South strategy – shifting the market strongly to the South. We own many software products and modern technology platforms with large market share; however, that is just the shell. We need to breathe life into it with what we call a Service Mindset. Only then will our products become truly useful and bring long-term value to customers. Service Mindset is the fundamental business philosophy of Tinh Van in the HCMC market when executing the Go South strategy…” Mr. Hoang To also emphasized that TVHCM must account for 40% of the Group's total revenue by 2018 and increase its workforce by 200% during the 2016-2018 roadmap.

Over the past 15 years, TVHCM has excelled in its role as the spearhead of Tinh Van's development in the South of the country and has contributed significantly to the overall growth of the entire Group. On the occasion of the 15th anniversary, the Chairman of the Board of Tinhvan Group decided to award a certificate of merit for TVHCM's great contributions to the overall development of Tinhvan Group.

On this occasion, Tinh Van leadership also awarded certificates of merit to employees who have made long-term contributions to the development of Tinhvan Group, persistently accompanying the company through both successes and difficulties.

From 3-4 people back then, TVHCM has now grown to nearly 100 people. This achievement is not only due to the efforts of TVHCM's founding members but also thanks to the collaboration from member units. At the event, leaders of all units with branches in HCMC (TVHCM, TVOHCM, TVCHCM) together blew out candles, cut the birthday cake, and raised a toast to celebrate TVHCM entering a new year.
