On October 31, the leadership of Tinh Van Software Export Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Outsourcing – TVO) welcomed and worked with a delegation of businesses from the Japan Software Association (NSA) during their visit to Tinh Van Group.
The delegation, consisting of representatives from 20 member companies of the Japan Software Association, held a meeting and discussion in Meeting Room 1. Representing TVO, Mr. Pham Minh Duc – Director in charge of the Japanese market – introduced an overview of the leadership, organizational structure, and operations of Tinh Van.
Tinh Van hopes to both cooperate with and learn from Japanese IT companies
In addition to introducing Tinh Van Group, Mr. Duc also shared about TVO's activities to ensure the best collaboration with Japanese partners: “In the past three years, Tinhvan Outsourcing has successfully implemented many projects with Japan. To prepare for expanding both the scale and depth of cooperation with Japan, the company has conducted Japanese language training for programmers and engineers, as well as training on Japanese culture so they can understand how to work with Japanese people.”
During the meeting, Japanese partners raised questions expressing interest in Tinh Van's competitive edge compared to other companies in the same field. Addressing this, Mr. Duc stated that compared to many other technology companies in Vietnam, Tinh Van's strengths lie in its mastery of technology and its highly capable workforce accumulated over more than 20 years of development. Additionally, in the software export sector, Tinh Van started from the point of developing and perfecting products rather than software outsourcing like many others. This gives Tinh Van a unique competitive advantage due to extensive product experience, market understanding, and deep knowledge of customers and partners.
At the end of the meeting, the delegation from the Japan Software Association toured the workspace at Tinh Van Group. They expressed their impression of the young workforce and the modern, creative workspace that reflects the company's distinctive culture.
