At the end of last June, Tinh Van Consulting and Golden Gate Group agreed to deploy the HiStaff Solution for Golden Gate Group in the Southern region.
In 2015, HiStaff was honored to partner with Golden Gate Group to deploy the Golden Gate Group HR management software project, covering over 30 stores in the Northern region. After more than 4 years of implementation and practical application at Golden Gate North, along with the rapid growth of Golden Gate Group (5 times larger than in 2015), the leadership decided to expand the project scope, providing the HiStaff HR Management Software solution for Golden Gate Group in the Southern region in 2019.
This project for Golden Gate Group in the Southern region involves over 50 HR Users, 250 MSS Users (for store managers), and manages over 8,000 employees. The HiStaff solution will focus on addressing major challenges specific to the F&B restaurant industry as follows:
1. Manage flexible shift schedules for various types of workers by brand/product line. This allows Golden Gate to tightly control personnel costs and evaluate cost efficiency for each business unit (brands). 2. Aim to centralize data across the entire system, integrating with sales, financial, and marketing data for reporting and analysis to support management's governance. 3. Become a tool to standardize HR management processes nationwide for Golden Gate Group, further standardizing the entire system's HR governance processes as a foundation for expansion into Southeast Asia.
Golden Gate Group was founded in 2005 and is a pioneer in applying the restaurant chain model in Vietnam. Golden Gate currently has over 278 stores in 25 major cities and provinces with 22 brands. The company aims to achieve 21% revenue growth in 2019, reaching VND 4,821 billion, with after-tax profit of VND 345 billion, up 28%, continuing to maintain its number one position in the F&B restaurant chain industry in Vietnam.
