Tinh Van Group 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On April 29, 2016, at Tinh Van's Ho Chi Minh City branch, Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Group) successfully held its 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
The meeting was attended by all members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, and authorized shareholders.
After the opening speech and approval of the meeting agenda, Mr. Hoang To, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tinhvan Group, on behalf of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board, presented a summary report on Tinh Van's overall operations in 2015, as well as the operational direction, targets, and tasks for 2016. Subsequently, Mr. Phan Quang Minh, Head of the Supervisory Board of Tinhvan Group, read the Supervisory Board's report to the General Meeting of Shareholders.
The General Meeting of Shareholders voted to approve with high consensus the reports and proposals of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board, including: the Board of Directors' report, the 2015 business report, the 2016 business plan and targets, the financial report and profit distribution plan for 2015, and the Supervisory Board's report.
In 2015, with the slogan "Go Global," Tinh Van achieved outstanding revenue from the Outsourcing segment, especially from Japanese enterprises. Along with that, the company also made changes and improvements in its organizational structure, such as establishing the Tinh Van Research and Development Center and restructuring BOs into Departments. This was also the first year Tinh Van comprehensively applied the OKR strategic management methodology, hoping to create motivation for employees at all levels.
In 2016, Tinhvan Group focuses on development following the orientation "Go Global – Go South – Go Service" with a "Service Mindset." Tinh Van will place greater emphasis on increasing the service and industry consulting content, focusing on core service and Mobile Marketing solutions. All units will expand and strengthen cooperation with reputable enterprises worldwide.
