Launch of the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam Portal Developed by Tinh Van Group

On the afternoon of June 18, 2020, the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam (VKSNDTC) held the launch ceremony for its electronic portal at the domain https://vksndtc.gov.vn/. This portal was built by the Government and Banking & Finance Solutions Center (Tinhvan Solutions), a unit of Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company.

Attending the launch ceremony were Mr. Le Minh Tri – Director of VKSNDTC, Deputy Directors, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr. Tran Thanh Trung – Director of Tinhvan Solutions, representatives from the Ministry of Information and Communications, press agencies, and members of the VKSNDTC portal editorial board.

In 2007, driven by the need for IT tools to support management and legal dissemination, the VKSNDTC electronic news site was launched. After 13 years, the site needed to be upgraded to a portal to better serve the agency's administration, communication, and administrative reform efforts in the new period.
Compared to the news site, the portal not only features a more scientific and user-friendly interface but also offers the following characteristics:
- Migration to the new MS SharePoint technology platform;
- Convenient access to information for readers;
- Support for the editorial board to edit and approve articles directly on the portal;
- Emphasis on and assurance of data security and safety;
- Integration of professional software and enhanced document search capabilities;
- Development of an English-language information section to increase accessibility for international readers.

It can be seen that Tinhvan Solutions' application of the I-Portal solution to successfully build electronic portals for government agencies (VKSNDTC, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Assembly, etc.) and three of the four largest banks in Vietnam (Vietcombank, Vietinbank, BIDV) has contributed to affirming Tinh Van's leading position in this field.
