On the afternoon of January 17, Tinhvan Consulting Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Consulting – TVC) welcomed students from AiTi Education – Vietnam's leading programmer training system – to visit and explore career opportunities at the company. This is one of the regular extracurricular activities within the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, aimed at providing students with a more comprehensive view of career orientation and job opportunities.
As a unit with many years of operation in the information technology field, TVC always emphasizes building corporate culture and valuing human potential. Here, all members are given the best conditions to develop themselves.
Currently, quite a number of students are interning at TVC. Notably, the Head of Technology at TVC is also from the 9x generation, representing the talented young generation taking on important positions at TVC.
Warmly welcomed and guided by Ms. Nguyen Thi Luu and Ms. Nguyen Hoang Huong, who are in charge of the Human Resources and Administration Department, the students toured TVC's workspace.
In particular, the AiTi students had an intimate conversation with Mr. Dinh Hong Son, Director of TVC Hanoi. The exchange helped them better understand the operations, culture, and people of Tinh Van. In addition, he also shared about TVC's plan to develop the Mobile Team. This will create many opportunities for those who love Mobile Programming to join Tinh Van.

The Q&A session featured many questions from AiTi students about recruitment policies and competency requirements to become a member of TVC, all of which were satisfactorily answered. Drawing from his own experience, Mr. Son advised the students not to worry too much but to be confident and boldly apply for suitable positions. They should also maintain their passion, actively learn, and improve their knowledge, especially foreign languages, to make a good impression on employers.
