Launch of HiStaff Implementation Project at Son Ha Group

On February 23, 2011, Tinh Van Consulting Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Consulting) and Son Ha International Joint Stock Company (Son Ha Group) held the kick-off ceremony for the project to deploy the HiStaff comprehensive human resource management software for Son Ha Group.

The ceremony was attended by the full leadership of both parties, the Tinhvan Consulting project team, along with department heads and officers responsible for departments involved in the application of HiStaff at Son Ha Group.

Speaking at the project kick-off ceremony, Mr. Le Hoang Ha, CEO of Son Ha Group, highlighted the necessity and importance of applying IT in improving the management system of Son Ha Group, as well as the importance of successfully implementing the HiStaff human resource management software at Son Ha Group. He also emphasized that the project's success depends 50% on Tinhvan Consulting and 50% on Son Ha Group, so the IT department, HR department, and all units of Son Ha must fully understand the project's importance, ensure the team and human resources are ready to receive technology transfer, and cooperate with the service provider to implement the project on schedule.

Agreeing with the remarks of the CEO of Son Ha Group, Mr. Nguyen Huy Cuong – CEO of Tinhvan Consulting – also committed to dedicating the best resources to the project and ensuring its implementation on the set schedule. During the kick-off ceremony, both parties also discussed potential risks during implementation and preventive measures.

According to the signed contract, HiStaff will be deployed at the headquarters and two factories in Hanoi. After successful implementation at these units, it will be expanded to all factories and member companies of Son Ha Group.

Son Ha Group is a manufacturing enterprise, so the HiStaff version deployed for Son Ha includes many specific features: managing all employee records across the entire group with a large number of employees and high personnel turnover; managing attendance with various shift types applied to different employee groups; providing salary management tools for different types of salary earners, such as time-based salaries for administrative staff and especially complex product-based salary policies for workers...
