On the morning of April 25, 2013, the “Tinh Van Incubator 2013 Induction Ceremony” took place at the headquarters of Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Group).

In this intake, the Tinh Van Incubator – Tinhvan Incubator – (TVi) welcomed 13 seeds, expected to be divided into 3-4 specialized research groups. This scale aligns with TVi's new operational direction, which is to become a training facility providing high-quality human resources suited to the cultural environment and with a desire for long-term commitment at Tinhvan Group.

At the induction ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc – Director of TVi – presented an overview of TVi's orientation, platform, and operational plan for 2013. Accordingly, TVi will not only focus on training and technology research but also expand to “incubate” more seeds in other areas such as Business Support, Communication – Culture, providing personnel for projects flexibly, and seeking key personnel.

TVi will also expand its research collaboration model with many units across Tinhvan Group and aim for some external units such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, University of Engineering and Technology – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and IT education and training organizations.
