Minh Tinh 2022 Awards Ceremony

Honoring and rewarding employees has become an annual tradition at Tinh Van. On January 16, 2023, Tinh Van held the awards ceremony for the Best Employee of the Year – Minh Tinh 2022.
During the ceremony, the Board of Directors commended and rewarded employees who achieved outstanding results and made excellent contributions to the overall development of the Company.
The awarded Tinhvaners overcame work challenges, were always creative, and constantly strived to complete their assigned tasks well. Besides, they were also dynamic, creative individuals who frequently contributed initiatives to improve and enhance work quality.
More notably, this year the award name was inspired by the three constellations: Ursa Major, Unicorn, and Phoenix, with the following meanings:
– Ursa Major: One of the largest and brightest constellations in the Northern sky.
– Unicorn: The constellation symbolizing wonder.
