Successful Acceptance of HiStaff Deployment Project at VinGroup

On October 31, 2012, the leadership and project team of Vincom Group (VinGroup) and Tinh Van Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Consulting) held a meeting for the overall acceptance of the HiStaff Human Resource Management Solution deployment project.
After undergoing multiple thorough testing phases, the HiStaff Solution was deployed across the entire Vincom Group, comprising 22 member units in 05 geographical regions with 06 main modules: Employee Profile Management, Timekeeping Management, Payroll Management, Recruitment Management, System Administration, and HR Portal.
The HiStaff solution was not only highly rated by VinGroup – a major client in the real estate, tourism, restaurant, and hotel sectors – for its utilities, leaving a positive impression of a scientific management model and a team of enthusiastic, highly professional staff. The deployment of the HiStaff Solution also helped VinGroup solve the problem of centralized HR data management for the entire group.
With an authorization system that allows self-management in operational tasks at each unit, it establishes a multi-dimensional control mechanism both horizontally and vertically. For enterprises in Vietnam, applying software to timekeeping and payroll poses many challenges. Especially for a multi-industry group like VinGroup, timekeeping is divided into many categories: construction sites (real estate), services (hotels, tourism), offices, etc. Each category has very different calculation methods. Moreover, paying net salary and converting to gross, along with over 30 types of allowances, is a major difficulty for many software solutions to produce an accurate payroll across the entire group. However, HiStaff accomplished that.
