NTT Data Completes Phase 1 of HiStaff Implementation Project

In Q3-2019, Tinhvan Consulting successfully completed the acceptance of Phase 1 – the HiStaff implementation project at NTT Data.

The HiStaff human resource management software solution was deployed in Phase 1 at NTT Data with the following modules: Organization and personnel information management; Timekeeping management; Payroll management; Insurance management; and Employee self-service portal.

Phase 1 was completed with joint efforts from both project teams and received high praise from NTT Data's leadership and all employees. With this result, Tinhvan Consulting has built the Core HR module group, laying the foundation for NTT Data to continue deploying subsequent modules in Phase 2 – People Development.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang – HiStaff Implementation Project Manager at NTT Data shared: “After the successful implementation of Phase 1, the HiStaff solution will help NTT Data better control policies in daily timekeeping and shorten the time for monthly and annual payroll and bonus calculations.”
