Organizational Restructuring of Tinhvan Telecom

On the afternoon of October 11, 2011, Tinh Van Telecom Joint Stock Company (TVT) held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish business centers and appoint center directors.
Based on the actual situation of Tinh Van Telecom Joint Stock Company, as well as the development needs of several business units in the current period, TVT decided to establish business centers such as the Xalo Channel Business Center (BU1), XAS Channel Business Center (BU2), Media Channel Business Center (BU3), Text-based Business Center (BU4), Music Business Center (BU5), and Digital Business Center (BU6). These business centers are established with the function of managing sales across channels, proposing and implementing channel development plans in line with the company's strategy; developing advertising and marketing services on the internet and mobile phones; maintaining relationships and supporting sales partners and channel users in the most effective way. Also during the ceremony, TVT announced the decision to establish a Platform Department to maintain the platform technology system (OCP, Web, SMS Gateway, Game Center, etc.), ensuring 24/7 technical support for the business centers' operations.
The establishment of TVT's business centers aims to ensure consistency and alignment with TVT's business strategy of becoming a major Content Platform (or a Digital Content Supermarket) in Vietnam, allowing many content providers (CPs) to connect, implement their sales, and collect revenue effectively. This new model will help reduce internal friction and encourage strong growth in both revenue and user numbers.
Mr. Hoang To, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tinhvan Group, stated at the ceremony: "This is considered a restructuring activity of TVT with the aim of promoting comprehensive and uniform development of services. With strong confidence in the capabilities of the newly appointed Center Directors, Tinhvan Telecom promises an outstanding development phase in the coming time!"
