Job Description:
- Carry out recruitment activities as planned or on an ad-hoc basis for departments and member companies:

– Minh Chau Entertainment Joint Stock Company (http://mcgame.vn)
- Build, manage, and regularly update personnel data for recruitment purposes
- Regularly research and improve the company's recruitment process
- Regularly research and upgrade test sets (IQ, English, EQ, Professional skills, etc.) for recruitment purposes
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of HR & Administration
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a Recruitment position
- Good communication skills, intelligent, agile, and proactive in work
- Sensitive and have a good sense of personnel
- Proficient in office software (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), excellent internet research skills
- Diligent, ability to work under high pressure
- Fluent in English reading and writing.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the IT field
Salary:
Official salary negotiable based on ability from 5 to 7 million VND. Probationary salary (2 months) equivalent to 80% of the official salary

Job Description:
- Conduct research, propose, develop, and update human resource development policies, performance evaluation, compensation, and company regulations under the direction of the Deputy General Director in charge of HR and the Head of HR & Administration
- Support the Head of Department in implementing the department's annual objectives
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of HR & Administration
Requirements:
- University degree in Law, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR Administration position or as Head of HR & Administration
- In-depth knowledge of labor law policies, Social Insurance Law
- Good communication skills, intelligent, agile, and proactive in work
- Proficient in office software (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet research skills
- Diligent, ability to work under high pressure
- Fluent in English reading and writing.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the IT field
Salary:
Official salary negotiable based on ability from 6 to 10 million VND. Probationary salary (2 months) equivalent to 80% of the official salary
