Tinh Van Telecommunications Joint Stock Company (http://xalo.vn) urgently needs to recruit 01 Customer Service Staff

Job Description:

• Manning the switchboard, answering and resolving customer inquiries about the company's products and services
• Managing the Customer Service mailbox and responding to inquiries via email
• Working during office hours, on-call shifts on holidays and weekends as assigned by the direct Manager

Requirements:

• Female, under 26 years old
• Clear and pleasant voice (No lisp, stutter, or regional accent)
• Basic office computer skills – Good communication skills and flexibility in handling situations
• Diligent and proactive in work
• Preference given to candidates with experience as Customer Service Staff for Telecommunications companies or Digital Content Service providers

• Negotiable starting salary from 3 million VND, probation period of 2 months + shift allowance, other bonuses as per company regulations
