Tinh Van Group's Ho Chi Minh Branch Completes Project with VietJet Air

At the end of April 2017, the Ho Chi Minh City branch of Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan HCMC – TVHCM) officially completed the project to deploy the Learning Management System (LMS) and upgrade the Training Management System (TMS) for VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company (VietJet Air).

Launched in August 2016, the LMS and TMS systems have improved and perfected VietJet Air's internal training processes, while also helping employees save time and easily track their learning and results. Managers can monitor the courses their employees have taken, are taking, and will take.

With these two systems, VietJet Air has modernized its personnel training for its employees and ticket agents not only in Vietnam but also across its international network, including Thailand, China, etc. Additionally, the system is used by VietJet Air to provide courses to other partners in the aviation industry.

The successful implementation of the project was primarily due to the attention and support of the leadership of both parties, along with the experience of the VietJet Air project team, which assisted Tinh Van in standardizing training processes. Additionally, the high spirit and responsibility of the project members from Tinh Van and VietJet Air, who were always ready to work overtime to complete the project with the best quality, cannot be overlooked.

During the project implementation, despite personnel changes, the quality of Tinh Van's staff was always highly appreciated by the customer for their solid professional expertise, professional work style, and ability to control product quality and project progress.

This is considered a key project of Tinhvan HCMC, and its success further affirms Tinhvan HCMC's position in the field of providing online training solutions in the Southern region.
