Tinh Van Group and partners launch Bank Avengers – Banking and Financial Services System via Distribution Channels

On the morning of March 28, 2019, at Pullman Hanoi Hotel, Tinh Van Group together with partners IBM Vietnam and VietCas held the launch ceremony of Bank Avengers – a Banking and Financial Services System via Distribution Channels.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Tran Thanh Trung – CEO of Tinh Van Banking and Financial Software Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Solutions), Mr. Dao Manh Hieu – Director of VietCas Co., Ltd., and Mr. Ngo Thanh Hien – representative of IBM Vietnam.

Bank Avengers is a product that applies modern technology to distribution channel management, aiming to increase business opportunities and enhance market competitiveness for banks and financial institutions in the era of Industry 4.0.

Bank Avengers integrates in one product the following feature systems: Product and Service Management; Banking and Financial Service Administration; Partner Integration System; Core Banking Integration System; Bank/Financial Institution Processes and Regulations; Automatic Distribution Channel Onboarding System (Open API); and especially the TIVANA service information advisory Chatbot. This is the first Chatbot on the market capable of conversing in Vietnamese.
