On February 24, 2020, Tinh Van Group and FUNiX Online University signed an agreement to expand their strategic cooperation after nearly five years of partnership in training and recruitment.
As a business that connected and cooperated with FUNiX from the very beginning of Vietnam's first online university, Tinh Van Group has been a trusted partner, accompanying many of FUNiX's training activities. After nearly five years, both the university and the enterprise have agreed on a broad development direction for the future.

Participating in the working session on February 24, Mr. Hoang To – Chairman of Tinh Van Group highly appreciated the cooperation between the two sides. Mr. Hoang To deeply understands and appreciates the power of FUNiX's Hannahs and Mentors, as well as their efforts to bring IT education to anyone in need, bridging the gap between learners, schools, and businesses. He personally stated that he is ready and will directly mentor FUNiX students who need it.
The Chairman of Tinh Van Group also shared the "stressful" issue that Tinh Van is facing, which is the problem of personnel recruitment. It seems that the shortage of human resources still has important bottlenecks, and promoting deeper and broader cooperation with FUNiX will help resolve them.

Specifically, not only will they welcome FUNiX students and immediately recruit those who meet the knowledge and skill requirements (completing two to three Certificates at FUNiX), but at Tinh Van's upcoming new office, a dedicated space will be reserved for FUNiX students to come for observation and internships. This is also the result of a high consensus between the leaders of both sides, as the Founder of FUNiX expressed the desire: FUNiX students should have the opportunity to study right at the company, helping them learn and nurture their motivation from the start. Qualified students can come to the company for internships or work early.
Representing FUNiX, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam affirmed that the FUNiX Way is the solution to the "thirst" for human resources, requiring coordination among three parties: students, schools, and businesses. The Founder of FUNiX fully agreed with the new cooperation direction and expects that the cooperation program between the two sides will achieve even better results in the new steps of collaboration.
