Tinh Van Group completes the IT-TT Transaction Center system in Da Nang City

On April 12, 2011, in Da Nang City, Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company, together with its partner Sun Ivy International Inc., held a contract signing ceremony for package DNG8a with the Management Board of the Da Nang City IT-TT Development Project.

Package DNG8a – “Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Trial Operation of the Da Nang IT-TT Transaction Center” is part of the city’s Information Technology and Telecommunications Development Project. The total contract value is 25 billion VND, expected to be implemented within 5 months.
The Management Board of the Da Nang City IT-TT Development Project is a public service unit under the Department of Information and Communications, established under Decision No. 174/2005/QD-UBND dated December 8, 2005, of the Da Nang City People's Committee. Its function and tasks are to assist the Director of the Department in organizing, implementing, managing, and operating the Da Nang City IT-TT Development Project.
The Da Nang City IT-TT Development Project is one of five sub-projects under the Vietnam IT-TT Development Project, funded by a loan from the International Development Association (IDA) – World Bank. Since the credit agreement became effective on September 29, 2006, the Management Board of the Da Nang City IT-TT Development Project has implemented and completed several important items in the first 18-month consulting and procurement plan of the project, which was assessed by the World Bank as one of the two best-performing sub-projects in the initial phase of project implementation.
