Tinh Van Group completes acceptance of Electronic Document Management System (QLVB) project at Vietnam Register

Last October, Tinh Van Financial and Banking Software Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Solutions) completed the acceptance of the Electronic Document Management System (QLVB) project at the Vietnam Register.

The Electronic Document Management System (QLVB) at the Vietnam Register features a modern, youthful interface with many new technologies applied, such as: responsive chart interface, real-time warning system, integration of the latest digital signature solution from the Government Cipher Committee, and integration of document interconnection axis. The QLVB system at the Vietnam Register is developed on .Net 4.6 technology platform, Responsive Web Design technology, and supports a Web-based model. The QLVB system at the Vietnam Register, once deployed, will help computerize the processes of incoming document management, outgoing document management, draft document management, work file management, work schedule notification, task reminders, etc., across all branches, subsidiaries, and registration centers nationwide under the Vietnam Register.

With the Electronic Document Management System (QLVB), the circulation of official documents at the Vietnam Register can now operate on popular browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc., and on handheld devices and tablets.

Developed with many new features and interfaces based on Tinh Van's traditional product Foldio, the QLVB system at the Vietnam Register has officially gone live nationwide.
