Tinh Van Group Launches Recruitment Portal

On November 11, Tinh Van officially launched its recruitment portal at: http://tuyendung.tinhvan.com/. This is the result of the Speedy Apply project, implemented by Tinh Van Incubator (TVi) in collaboration with the HR department, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment activities and improve the management of personnel records at Tinhvan Group.

The recruitment portal is designed with a modern and intelligent interface, displaying all recruitment information directly on the homepage, allowing candidates to easily update the latest information about job openings at each unit of Tinhvan Group. Additionally, for each job posting, candidates can submit their applications online via the "Apply" section. To save candidates time, the portal allows them to upload their CVs directly to the system. After candidates complete their application submission, the system automatically sends them an online IQ and English test via their personal email. Test results are automatically graded and stored in the admin system. From there, the HR department can easily manage recruitment information and candidate profiles.

The new interface is more youthful and eye-catching

Compared to the old version, Tinh Van's recruitment portal now features a very smart and modern search filter. This solution is also integrated into Tinh Van's email system, ensuring a unified and centralized recruitment process. Any successfully submitted CV receives a confirmation email from Tinh Van. At the same time, all candidates can subscribe to receive recruitment newsletters from Tinh Van via email.

In addition to the "Help" section providing frequently asked questions from candidates, a live chat window always lit in the right corner of the screen is ready to answer candidates' questions at any time.

Besides providing recruitment information, the portal also gives candidates an overview of Tinh Van through sections such as: Tinh Van People, cultural activities, and Tinh Van History, linked from the My.tinhvan.com news site. This helps candidates better understand their future working environment.

Ms. Chu Lan Phuong – Head of HR Administration shared: "This product truly helps the HR department a lot. Hopefully, after a successful launch, all units within Tinh Van will also use and effectively exploit this data channel."

Representing the project team from Tinh Van Incubator, Team Leader Pham Kieu Thanh shared about the difficulties during implementation: "The core team of 4 members had to work very hard to deliver a truly quality product. There were occasional disagreements between the content team and the tech team, but everyone discussed and found the most feasible solution. Especially, the project was carried out while the office on the 2nd floor was under renovation with loud noises from demolition and drilling, but all members were still engrossed in coding and testing, even working tirelessly on weekends to meet the deadline."
