TVS builds online public services for the State Securities Commission

On April 8, 2015, Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company was selected as the partner to build 2 online public services for the State Securities Commission. Tinh Van Software Solutions and System Integration One Member Limited Liability Company – Tinhvan Solutions (TVS) – a member unit of Tinh Van Group, was assigned to implement this project.
The two online public services that Tinhvan Solutions built for the Information Technology Department of the State Securities Commission include: “Building an online public service system for securities offering and issuance activities of public companies” and “Building an online public service system for activities of securities companies and securities investment fund management companies”.
The State Securities Commission is an agency under the Ministry of Finance, performing the function of advising and assisting the Minister of Finance in state management of securities and the securities market; directly managing and supervising securities and securities market activities; managing service activities in the field of securities and securities market in accordance with the law.
