Tinh Van Group advises IT students at Hanoi University

On the morning of October 21, Tinh Van Group was present at the main hall of Hanoi University to exchange with the faculty coordinators and 500 students of the Information Technology (IT) department.

Attending the exchange, on behalf of Tinh Van Group were Mr. Nghiem Tien Sy – Vice President of Tinhvan Consulting, along with recruitment and communications staff. Representing the university were Mr. Trinh Bao Ngoc – Deputy Head of the IT Department and other faculty members. Also joining as a guest speaker was Mrs. Nghiem Thi Lan Phuong – Deputy CEO of Rikkeisoft.

During the event, the two speakers introduced the general manpower needs of the IT industry and the specific recruitment requirements of each company, giving students an overview of their future career opportunities. Additionally, Mr. Sy shared with students three essential skills for job applications and life skills: resume preparation, interview skills, and event evaluation. His presentation included mini-games to create a more engaging and friendly connection with the young IT students.

The program concluded with a Q&A session between the two guests and the students. Concerns such as whether women can work in IT, what knowledge and skills are needed to become a tester, the working environment at the companies, and career opportunities for students at Tinh Van Group and Rikkeisoft were all satisfactorily addressed by Mr. Sy and Mrs. Lan.

At the end of the program, the two speakers took commemorative photos with the faculty of the IT Department.
