Recently, the Southern Branch of Tinhvan Consulting JSC officially signed a contract to provide the HiStaff comprehensive human resource management solution to Sacombank Securities (SBS).

The signing ceremony took place on March 24, 2011, as the result of a long period during which SBS evaluated HiStaff's capabilities and quality.
