Tinh Van Group Announces OKR 2016

On January 16, 2016, the OKR 2016 signing ceremony of Tinh Van Group officially took place at the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park.
The ceremony was attended by all members of the Board of Directors of Tinh Van Group, the leadership team, and key personnel from the member units of Tinh Van Group.

After reviewing the top 10 achievements of Tinh Van Group in 2015 through a short video clip, Mr. Hoang To – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tinh Van Group – summarized and evaluated the Group's overall activities over the past year. At the same time, he also provided insights into the market and established a new strategy for the 2016-2020 period: Go Global – Go South – Go Service.

Leaders of each unit presented and analyzed their OKRs for 2016. Although operating in different fields, all units adopted a "Service mindset" as the guiding principle for their business activities.
The questions and concerns of key personnel were thoroughly addressed by the leadership of Tinh Van Group and its member companies. Through this exchange, everyone gained a deeper understanding of the overall strategy, as well as the HR and compensation policies of Tinh Van Group and its member units.
