Tinh Van Group Celebrates Its Birthday on 20/07/2017 – Wind of Change

July is always a memorable time for Tinh Van Group members, as this month marks the anniversary of Tinh Van's founding. This July is especially special because the entire Tinh Van Group in the North took a trip to Cua Lo together with over 200 members from the 19th to the 21st.

It has been a long time since Tinh Van had such a large and distant trip together. This trip combined the annual summer vacation with Tinh Van's birthday celebration. This year's Tinh Van birthday began with a lively and exciting team-building activity on the Cua Lo beach. The team-building games required close coordination, skill from team members, and collective unity to win. After four games: Capture the Flag – Speed Wheel – Golf – Drain the East Sea, each with different challenges, none easy to win, the Tinhvaners were exhausted but still very happy. Through the games, members got to know each other better and coordinated more effectively, hoping that when they return to work, they can support and cooperate with each other better.

The Tinh Van birthday celebration held in the evening also brought a fresh and distinctive atmosphere. The ceremony included sharing by Chairman Hoang To about internal changes and innovations, which will be positive signals for Tinh Van to develop further as it enters a new age. That is also the reason why the song “Wind of Change” by Scorpions was chosen as the theme for this Tinh Van birthday. Notably, Mr. Hoang To also wrote the Vietnamese lyrics for this song specifically for Tinh Van's 2017 birthday, titled “Gió đổi mới” (Wind of Change). The theme song was performed by Tinh Van's cultural ambassadors, who are also members of Tinh Van Group's leadership. The ceremony ended with cutting the birthday cake and popping champagne, followed by a party with performances in the format of the “Perfect Version” program, bringing delight and hearty laughter to the entire hall. Mini game shows also attracted and increased interaction among members, making the birthday celebration more meaningful.

Now that the trip is over, as everything is left behind, sitting together watching photos and clips throughout the journey, reminiscing about the moments spent together, all Tinh Van members feel a lot of emotions. It seems everyone has grown to love, understand, and connect more with Tinh Van.

Ms. Pham Thi Dao – TVE shared: “A team building season that seemed not fun but turned out to be incredibly fun, the joy when Tinh Van turns 23, the joy of taking the bus with all the loved ones, the joy of playing, eating, laughing, and being with the 'hot boys', fooling around with the 'hot girls', leaving all worries behind. Even now, the emotions are still soaring, hoping we will continue to accompany each other on the journey, together driving motivation to contribute to the Tinh Van house. Thank you and love you all.”

And Mr. Phan Quang Minh Tri – TVT also felt emotional: “Another memorable trip of youth, a trip with new people, new positions, but still those 'old' things, familiar things I have been attached to for decades. The name Tinh Van is no stranger to me; since I was a child, I knew the Tinh Van song, Tinh Van culture is deeply ingrained in my blood, and trips with Tinh Van have become a family tradition every summer. This year's Tinh Van Teambuilding 2017 at Cua Lo brings a 'New Wind', as this is the first trip with Tinh Van not as an 'attachment', but as an official member on that Tinh Van bus. The trip left me with many memories. I will remember the challenges that the 'Big Green Banana' team overcame together, the late nights rehearsing with the 'grandparents' team just for 5 minutes of shining on stage, I will remember the '2 AM' team still making noise all over Cua Lo... Coincidentally, 2017 is also an extremely important year for me personally, a fresh graduate. Taking the first steps on the career path, facing many challenges as well as emotional upheavals in life. Like the song 'Wind of Change', the trip blew a breeze of belief in 'Renewal'. An undying belief in a person's ability to change. Because for the first time in a long time, I know exactly what I need and will strive my best for it.”

As Chairman Hoang To conveyed before the trip: “Whether we succeed in renewal depends largely on you, on each individual's effort to renew themselves. And there will always be constants in every renewal – that is the love for Tinh Van and the belief in kindness and goodness.” Hopefully, the love for Tinh Van awakened after this trip will lead us to new successes!
