Tinh Van Group Holds 2013 Year-End Summary Ceremony

On January 27, 2013, in Hanoi, Tinh Van Group held its 2013 Year-End Summary Ceremony and welcomed the year 2014.
In 2013, the business results of the entire Tinh Van Group grew by 15% compared to 2012. Tinh Van Group initially formed a highly interactive ecosystem, with each member unit establishing a certain position and creating synergy in the overall picture.
Tinh Van Telecom successfully restructured, achieving the highest revenue per capita ratio of 1.7 billion VND; Tinh Van Solutions achieved 50% of its revenue in the banking and finance sector; Tinh Van Consulting launched the web version of its HiStaff comprehensive human resource management solution; Tinh Van Outsourcing maintained a growth rate of 100%; Tinh Van eBooks supplied over 2,500 Classbooks to the market within five months of launch; Minh Chau Corp launched the Mobay.vn game portal and put the Mobay product series into operation; Tinh Van Incubator re-emerged with many effective activities; Tinh Van Group successfully defended its CMMI Level 3, ISO-9001, and ISO-27000 recertification assessments; and the Tinh Van branches in Ho Chi Minh City were consolidated.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang To – Chairman of the Board and CEO of Tinh Van Group – outlined the strategic goals and development vision for Tinh Van Group in 2014, based on a solid foundation of brand, culture, and finance. The leadership of Tinh Van Group agreed on the action slogan for 2014: “Continuous Improvement.”
At the year-end ceremony, the leadership of Tinh Van Group honored individuals with outstanding achievements contributing to the group's development in 2013. The “Tinh Van Star 2013” award was given to six individuals from Tinh Van Solutions, Tinh Van Telecom, Tinh Van eBooks, Tinh Van Outsourcing, Minh Chau Corp, and the BO Division, including three Technology Stars, two Business Stars, and one Culture & Management Star. The “Outstanding CEO 2013” award was presented to Mr. Bui Van Kien – Deputy CEO of Tinh Van Telecom.
