Training on Using Asset Management Software

From December 23 to December 26, 2013, in Hanoi, Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Group) coordinated with the Supreme People's Court to organize a training course on using the state asset management software in the People's Court system for officials responsible for asset management in provincial-level People's Courts and units under the Supreme People's Court involved in asset management.
Overview of the training course on using asset management software
Attending the opening of the training course, on behalf of the Supreme People's Court, there were Mr. Bui Danh Tieu, Deputy Director of the Planning and Finance Department of the Supreme People's Court; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung, Deputy Director of the Planning and Finance Department of the Supreme People's Court, Head of the Project Management Board; Ms. Dao Thi Minh Thuy, Deputy Director of the Statistics and Synthesis Department of the Supreme People's Court, Deputy Head of the Project Management Board; along with officials responsible for asset management in provincial-level People's Courts in the Northern region and units under the Supreme People's Court.
On behalf of Tinhvan Group, there were Mr. Nguyen Son Tung – Deputy General Director of Tinhvan Group and General Director of Tinhvan Solutions, along with a team of experts providing guidance on using the Asset Management software.
During the training course, court officials were instructed on data extraction from the software system; an overview of the software system; data update and statistical reporting processes; using input functions and approval functions for asset registration (increase); and other skills.
On behalf of the Project Management Board, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung, Deputy Director of the Planning and Finance Department of the Supreme People's Court, Head of the Project Management Board, emphasized: The successful development of the state asset management software system in the People's Court sector marks an important step in the method of managing state assets, meeting the criteria for professional management and asset statistics. The Supreme People's Court, in coordination with Tinhvan Group, organized the training course to guide officials and civil servants involved in asset management in the sector to use the software most effectively.

Speaking at the training course, Mr. Nguyen Son Tung thanked the leaders of the Supreme People's Court, the leaders of the Planning and Finance Department, the leaders of the Statistics and Synthesis Department of the Supreme People's Court, and the staff of the IT Center of the Statistics and Synthesis Department of the Supreme People's Court for their attention and facilitation in helping the Company successfully develop the software and coordinate with the Supreme People's Court to organize this training course. Mr. Nguyen Son Tung wished the trainees to absorb the course well to apply it in their professional work and successfully complete their assigned tasks; at the same time, he also expressed hope that in the coming time, the Company would receive more attention and facilitation from the leaders of the Supreme People's Court and the leaders of the unit directly managing the Project to promote effective and long-term cooperation between the People's Court sector and Tinhvan Group.
The training course is expected to take place in two sessions: Session I on December 23 and 24, 2013 (for trainees from provincial-level People's Courts in the Northern region and the Supreme People's Court) and Session II on December 25 and 26, 2013 (for trainees from provincial-level People's Courts in the Central and Southern regions).
