"Mid-Autumn Festival – Sharing Love" for Poor Children

On September 23, 2012, the Trade Union of Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Group) organized a charity program titled "Mid-Autumn Festival – Sharing Love" at the Social Protection Center No. 4 (Tay Dang commune, Ba Vi district, Hanoi). Participants included Mr. Bui Van Kien – Deputy General Director in charge of Communications and Legal Affairs at Tinhvan Group, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – General Director of Tinh Van Software Export Company, and over 30 Tinhvaners from various units of Tinhvan Group.
Tinhvaners joyfully celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with children at the Social Protection Center No. 4
On behalf of the Company's Trade Union, Mr. Bui Van Kien and Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh personally handed over 80 Mid-Autumn gift packages (each worth 200,000 VND) to the children. In addition, many books, school supplies, Mid-Autumn toys, candies, fresh milk, and used clothes donated by Tinhvaners were also sent by the Tinhvan Group Trade Union to the nurses at the Center for sorting and appropriate use.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Van Kien emphasized: "Over the years, Tinhvan Group has always focused on and actively participated in community charity activities. The Mid-Autumn Festival – Sharing Love program was organized with the desire to bring a warm and meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival to underprivileged children."
A cultural performance by the children at the Center
Also within the program, the children at the Social Protection Center No. 4 participated in cultural exchange activities combined with outdoor team building. To the warm sound of the guitar, Tinhvaners and the children sang the song "Chiếc đèn ông sao" (The Star Lantern). This was a special spiritual gift prepared by Tinhvaners for the children, with the hope of warming their hearts with love and sharing faith so that they would never stop hoping for a bright future.

Ms. Pham Thi Bich Ngoc – Deputy Director of the Social Protection Center No. 4, emotionally shared: "Currently, we are caring for 2 newborn babies abandoned at birth, over 60 homeless children aged 4 to 18, and many lonely elderly people with no shelter. The children here always live in a state of lacking parental love and greatly need the attention and encouragement of various departments and organizations in society. On behalf of the Center, I sincerely thank all the staff at Tinhvan Group for caring and organizing the Mid-Autumn program for the children. This is truly an early and very warm and meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival for us."
