Tinhvan Software Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Vietnam Association of Real Estate Brokers (VARs)

Hanoi, July 15, 2022 – At the Hanoi Hotel, the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Tinh Van Software Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Software) and the Vietnam Association of Real Estate Brokers (VARS) took place. The signing was held within the framework of the event launching the IT & Communications Board and the Advisory & Investment Promotion Board, as well as the announcement of the Vietnam Real Estate Market Report for the second quarter of 2022 by VARS.
Mr. Chu Giang Nam – Business Director, representing Tinhvan Software, signed the MoU with Mr. Truong Tri Vinh – Permanent Vice Secretary General, Head of the IT & Communications Board of VARS.
Attending the signing ceremony were leaders of the IT & Communications Board, the Executive Committee of VARS, representatives of Tinhvan Software's leadership, and representatives of Tinhvan Group's leadership. With the signing of this MoU, the two parties will leverage their capabilities and strengths to enhance efficiency in implementing activities according to their assigned functions and tasks, and effectively utilize each party's potential in facilities, human resources, and expertise. Specifically, VARS will accelerate the development of data systems and in-depth content on the real estate market, while Tinh Van Software Technology Joint Stock Company, with its digital transformation software solution system BIZ@DX for enterprises, will coordinate and promote advisory activities and provide digital transformation solutions to member companies of VARS. The two parties will also strengthen information sharing, communication, and promotion of each other's image and brand, serving the long-term, stable, and sustainable development of each party.
With the signing of this MoU, the two parties will collaborate in seeking business opportunities and cooperation opportunities with each other's domestic and international partners.
