The Business Department – Tinh Van Software Solutions and System Integration Center (Tinh Van Solution) urgently needs to recruit 02 Presales Developers.

Graduated in IT from universities: Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, etc.
At least 3 years of experience in software development or 1+ year as Project Manager/Team Leader/System Architect.
Ability to build and defend project solutions, estimate projects, and create project plans.
Preference for candidates with experience in IT infrastructure, System Integration, Payment, Telecommunications, etc.
Knowledge of quality management systems ISO 9001:2008, CMMI, ISMS.
Understanding of state regulations, administrative and legal documents related to IT development projects (Software, Services, and IT Infrastructure).

Fluent English: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing (mandatory requirement).
Starting salary negotiable from 400 – 600 USD.
