Tinhvan Telecom – A Three-Year Journey

On August 24, 2013, Tinh Van Telecom Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Telecom) held a ceremony to celebrate its 3rd birthday (August 31, 2010 – August 31, 2013), combined with a Teambuilding event – “The Path to Success” at Khoang Xanh – Ba Vi. Attending the ceremony were the leadership of Tinhvan Telecom, the leadership of Minh Chau Entertainment Joint Stock Company (MC – Corp), department heads, and all employees working at Tinhvan Telecom.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Van Kien – Deputy CEO in charge shared his thoughts on the three-year journey of formation and development, the difficulties, the concerns, as well as the future direction and the spiritual values of the Company.

In the friendly and open atmosphere of the ceremony, the leadership of Tinhvan Telecom cut the birthday cake and, together with the employees, raised a toast to celebrate the Company's three-year development journey.
The highlight of the program was the “Open Talk” session, where Tinhvan Telecom employees expressed their views and thoughts about work, their concerns in life, and boldly proposed suggestions and questions for the leadership to answer. It is expected that “Open talk” will become one of the regular activities of Tinhvan Telecom in the coming time.
After the ceremony concluded, the afternoon was dedicated to the Teambuilding program – “The Path to Success”. Through the games, each Tinhvan Telecom member overcame invisible barriers to get closer to each other, understand each other, and most importantly, love their team even more. They built a collective lifestyle, a way of living that accepts sacrifice for common goals, whether short-term or long-term, to stride together on the path to success.
The trip officially ended with many emotions. Wishing Tinhvan Telecom a new age of increasing strength and further development!
