Tinhvan Telecom Organizes Team Building in Van Don

On October 6 and 7, 2012, Tinhvan Telecom Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Telecom) organized the “TVT Team Building” program in Van Don – Quang Ninh with the participation of more than 40 members.

The program was organized with the aim of strengthening team spirit, inspiring employees, and building a foundation for Tinhvan Telecom's cultural activities.
The participants were randomly divided into 4 teams by the Organizing Committee. Each team was assigned to a shared villa for easy communication and unified strategy to conquer challenges. Within the program, Tinhvan Telecom members also enjoyed a Gala dinner, a campfire, and cultural exchange on the beach.

“TVT Team Building” ended with great success. Most meaningfully, all Tinhvan Telecom members had two full days together to experience themselves, enhance teamwork, and maintain discipline for the collective goal. At the same time, the message from Tinhvan Telecom's leadership was conveyed: hoping all employees unite, leverage their strengths, and help Tinhvan Telecom exceed the Q4 business plan as well as the 2012 business plan.
