Tinhvan Consulting provides HiStaff solution for BSR

On May 25, 2012, at the headquarters of the Dung Quat Oil Refinery – 208 Hung Vuong Street, Quang Ngai City, Quang Ngai Province, Tinh Van Enterprise Management Consulting Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Consulting) officially signed a contract for "Deployment of Human Resource Management Software at Dung Quat Oil Refinery" with Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Company Limited (BSR).
Always identifying human resource management as a crucial part of management and administration, directly affecting production and business efficiency and the sustainable development of the organization, the project to deploy the Human Resource Management Software at Dung Quat Oil Refinery was planned and prepared by BSR for nearly 2 years before the official open tender in April 2012.
The project received attention and participation from many domestic and international human resource management solution providers. Ultimately, with a comprehensive human resource management solution combining professionalism and localization, along with an experienced implementation team – Tinhvan Consulting's HiStaff Total Human Resource Management Solution was selected by BSR.

With nearly 2,000 employees and a professional standard evaluation system, BSR has very high requirements for advanced human resource management. Before HiStaff, BSR had applied many major technology solutions for management and administration.
The HiStaff solution will be deployed at Dung Quat Oil Refinery and BSR Office at 208 Hung Vuong Street, Quang Ngai City, with 5 main modules: Personnel Records Management; Timekeeping Management; Payroll Management; Recruitment Management; Training Management and Online HR Portal.
BSR is a member of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group. BSR is responsible for managing and operating the Dung Quat Oil Refinery – Vietnam's first oil refinery and one of the key national economic projects in the early 21st century. The refinery has a maximum capacity of 6.5 million tons of crude oil per year, equivalent to 148,000 barrels per day, expected to meet about 30% of domestic petroleum demand.
