TIS Inc. becomes strategic shareholder of Tinh Van Group.

On June 20, 2018, the procedures under the investment agreement of TIS Inc. (TIS), a member of TIS INTEC Group, into Tinh Van Group (Tinh Van) were completed. Accordingly, TIS officially invested in Tinh Van, while also cooperating in finance and business to promote IT market segments that are the strengths of both parties, such as banking and finance, payment, fintech, education, software export, and research and development.
TIS INTEC Group is a leading IT conglomerate in Japan and a top company in the payment systems field, especially TIS is one of the companies with the largest market share in credit card and debit card transaction processing in Japan.
