Specialization:
- Graduated in IT from universities: Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or 1 year or more in the role of Project Manager/Team Leader/System Architect.
- Ability to build and defend project implementation solutions, estimate projects, and create project plans.
- Preference given to those with experience in IT infrastructure, system integration, payment, telecommunications, etc.
- Knowledge of quality management systems ISO 9001:2008, CMMI, ISMS.
- Understanding of state regulations, rules, and legal administrative documents regarding IT development projects (software, services, and IT infrastructure).
- Fluent English: listening, speaking, reading, writing (mandatory requirement).
