TVC training for VinGroup's Phu Quoc user

On April 8, 2016, PU01 of Tinhvan Consulting JSC (TVC) Hanoi started the training course for the automatic time attendance system (TAS) project for VinGroup's Phu Quoc user. This activity is part of the project to expand and provide training on operating the automatic time attendance software system (TAS) deployed for VinGroup in Phu Quoc, Ha Long, Da Nang, and Nha Trang.

TAS is an automatic time attendance and information storage system, first deployed at Vinpearl Phu Quoc. TAS integrates with card/fingerprint scanners at entry points to record entry and exit times for calculating work hours at the end of the period; integrates with meal check-in machines at dining locations to record meal times for aggregating the number of meals per month. Notably, TAS integrates with the Histaff system, automatically transferring the attendance sheet to Histaff upon completion.

The training was attended by Ms. Bui Thi Xuan Thu – Customer Care Officer, TVC HN, who was the main trainer for the project, and Mr. Phung Quoc Tuan – Programmer, TVC HN, who was responsible for go-live and assistant trainer. Thu said: “The objective of the TAS project is to reduce paperwork for the time attendance process, automate and modernize work; enhance the accuracy and transparency of attendance data, minimize human errors; help reduce the role of secretaries in departments, improve productivity, and increase work efficiency.”

According to the plan, the training course will last from April 8 to May 9 at 4 locations: Phu Quoc, Ha Long, Da Nang, and Nha Trang. We wish PU01 a successful training course and high customer satisfaction.
