TVC successfully signs contract with Mai Linh Group

On December 26, 2014, Tinh Van Consulting Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Consulting – TVC) signed a contract for “Deployment of HiStaff Human Resource Management Software Solution” with Mai Linh Group Joint Stock Company (MLG) in Ho Chi Minh City.
To address the challenge of managing driver information nationwide in accordance with new state regulations in a unified manner, HiStaff will be implemented across all member units of MLG – a company with a network covering 54 provinces and cities, over 100 member companies, and more than 27,000 employees working domestically and abroad. The deployment scope includes 8 modules: Employee Profile Management, Labor Attendance Management, Payroll Calculation Management, Insurance Management, Recruitment Management, Training Management, Performance Evaluation Management, and System Administration. Additionally, TVC will help MLG integrate the HiStaff system with other existing management systems.
The HiStaff system deployment is planned in three phases. After building the employee profile, insurance, timekeeping, payroll, and portal modules, TVC will proceed with training, evaluation, and recruitment, and finally integrate HiStaff with other existing management systems.
HiStaff provides MLG with an effective management tool that adheres to a complete business process from recruitment to employee resignation (including work and activities). At the same time, this solution manages employee time and attendance, supporting fast and accurate payroll calculation for large and dispersed workforces.
