TVHCM provides e-learning system for VietJetAir

On August 29, 2016, the Ho Chi Minh City branch of Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Ho Chi Minh – TVHCM) signed a contract to deploy a Learning Management System (LMS) and upgrade the Training Management System (TMS) for VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company.
To facilitate all employees working both inside and outside VietJet's headquarters in easily selecting and participating in the company's training courses related to civil aviation, VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company partnered with the Ho Chi Minh City branch of Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company to deploy a Learning Management System (LMS) and upgrade the Training Management System (TMS). The system will help employees save learning time, easily track their learning progress and results, and enable managers to monitor the courses their employees have taken and are currently taking.
With this system, VietJetAir employees can take courses anytime, anywhere, according to their needs. Knowledge is conveyed and illustrated through various formats (images, audio, clips, etc.) to make it easiest for learners to understand. The intelligent search system, categorized by fields, quickly brings users to the knowledge they need.
After completing the system, VietJetAir will not only train its internal and external employees but also provide courses to partners in the aviation industry.
