TVi Sowing Seeds at the Start of the Year

On the morning of February 26, 2011, Tinh Van Incubator (TVi) officially resumed its operations after nearly three years of hiatus.
The relaunch ceremony of TVi took place in the third-floor hall of Tinhvan Telecom, attended by the leadership of Tinh Van Group, the Communications Department, the HR & Administration Department, and all 15 talented members of TVi.
After a presentation on the orientation, principles, and action plan of TVi for 2011, all the young participants received very sincere sharing from the leaders. Mr. Hoang To, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tinh Van Group, shared: “I want every seed nurtured in Tinh Van Incubator to grow into a giant tree. To germinate, seeds need sunlight—sunlight is your passion; seeds need air—air is your dreams. As for other factors like soil, fertilizer, and water, Tinh Van will provide them for you.”
The seeds of TVi also eagerly shared their concerns, mainly about opportunities to get rich through the chosen IT path, development opportunities at Tinh Van Group, and the difficulties faced by women who have ventured into the IT industry.
Representatives of the first generation of TVi seeds, Khanh Duy and Binh Minh—technology experts who have been with Tinh Van since their university days—also shared their very real experiences and emotions. Although their answers only partially addressed the young participants' concerns, they were enough to instill confidence and motivation for their first steps at TVi.
Tinh Van Incubator (TVi) was established in 2006 with the goal of creating an ideal practice environment for IT students while they are still in school. The early generations of TVi have provided Tinh Van with many key personnel, such as Nguyen Khanh Duy—Technology Director of Tinh Van Telecom, Nguyen Huu Binh Minh—head of the wap technology team, and Nguyen Minh Duc—an outstanding programmer.
Tinh Van Incubator (TVi) is a club aimed at students who are still in school and nurture great passions and ambitions for technology, business, or any other passion or distinctive value.
