TVO Conducts Annual Employee Performance Review

The 2020 annual employee performance review has been implemented by Tinhvan Outsourcing since the second week of November.
The evaluation criteria include:
- Basic skills (communication, problem-solving, teamwork, research ability, foreign language, etc.)
- Professional skills
- Proactiveness and creativity
- Cultural activities
- Knowledge sharing
- Discipline compliance
- Assessment of annual individual goal completion
In addition to evaluations from department heads and self-assessments, TVO also collects feedback from clients regarding the work results, skills, and work attitude of onsite personnel to obtain the most comprehensive and accurate view.
The atmosphere during the evaluation sessions was very serious; both evaluators and those being evaluated provided specific analyses and engaged in frank discussions to reach a consensus on scores in a spirit of constructive sharing.
