JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Set and implement music business objectives and plans across sales channels

• Develop and execute the center's monthly/quarterly/annual business plan in accordance with the company's approved plan.
• Evaluate the center's business plan performance and report to the company's management on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Coordinate and manage personnel in line with the center's business objectives and activities.

2. Develop music business across sales channels

• Organize business development including content development, content testing, sales across channels, and internal reconciliation with partners.
• Research and propose effective business methods and strategic business products to the company's management.
• Implement new business methods and products approved by the company's management.

3. Develop and maintain partner relationships (CP, subCP, Telco, etc.)

• Seek to expand the market and cooperate with partners for sales across channels.
• Conduct market research and propose market expansion strategies and channel expansion to the company's management.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Education and professional qualifications

– University degree in business, economics, or equivalent.

• Experience

– At least 2 years of management experience in business related to digital content products, especially music (ringtone, ringback tone).

– In-depth knowledge of the music market and domestic and international music trends (Korea, UK, US, Japan, etc.).

– Understanding of copyright law, experience in negotiating and purchasing music rights with Telcos, musicians, and singers.

• Language and communication skills

– Basic English communication, ability to read and understand documents and economic contracts.

• Personality

– Dynamic, enthusiastic, and leadership ability.

– Honest, confident, proactive, and creative in work.

– High fighting spirit.

– Good communication, extensive relationships with digital content companies and Telcos; good relationships with domestic singers and musicians is a significant advantage.

• Other skills

– Business strategy development skills.

– Planning and execution skills, ability to monitor plan implementation.

– Leadership, management, and team-building skills.

– Ability to work under high pressure.

– Presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills with customers and partners.

– Teamwork and independent work skills.
